Terms and conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by TITIO s.r.o., registered office U první baterie 802/5, Střešovice, 162 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company number 28241266, VAT number CZ28241266. Registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 134718. We are referred to below as “we”, and you as “you”.
You can reach us at support@velocitybot.pro. These terms govern your use of https://www.velocitybot.pro and of the VelocityBot service.
2. What the service does
VelocityBot is a tool for publishing to Telegram. It lets you connect your own Telegram bot and channels, prepare posts, schedule when they go out, offer selected content to paying members, and draft text with the help of an AI model.
We are not affiliated with Telegram. Telegram is a separate service with its own terms, and what it allows can change without us. You need your own Telegram account and bot to use VelocityBot.
3. Your account
To use the service you register and give us the details we ask for. We send the sign-in details to your email and a short confirmation by text message, so both need to be reachable. Keep them accurate and keep your login to yourself; anything done through your account counts as done by you. Tell us as soon as you suspect someone else has access.
We may refuse a registration or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
4. Plans and prices
The service is offered in monthly plans:
- Basic — €20 per month. 100 posts per month · 1 Telegram bot
- Pro — €50 per month. Unlimited posts · 2 Telegram bots
- Unlimited — €100 per month. Unlimited posts · Unlimited Telegram bots
Prices are stated per month in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, without VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it, according to your country and whether you give us a valid VAT number. We may change prices for future periods; you will be told before a change applies to you, and you can cancel instead of accepting it.
5. Payment and renewal
Payment is made in Telegram Stars, Telegram’s own currency, through our payment bot in Telegram. Telegram takes the payment; we do not see how you bought your Stars or what you paid for them. What we keep is the plan, the amount, the date, the payment reference from Telegram, and the Telegram account the payment came from.
You pay the number of Stars shown for the plan at the time of the order. The invoice is issued for the price of the plan in section 4; Stars are the way it is paid, not a different price. What Stars cost you, and any fees for buying them, are set by Telegram and by the store you buy them from.
A subscription is paid in advance and Telegram renews it every 30 days until you cancel it. By confirming the order you agree that Telegram charges the same number of Stars for each period. You cancel the renewal in your account under My subscription, or in your Telegram settings.
If a renewal does not go through, the subscription is not renewed and we may suspend the service until it is paid. Nothing is deleted straight away; see the section on ending the contract.
6. Ending the contract
You can cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period. The service runs until then, and we do not refund the part of the period you have already paid for unless the law says otherwise.
We can end the contract with one month’s notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms — for example by publishing content that is illegal. If we end it immediately, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
After the contract ends we keep the account data for 3 years, because we have to be able to document what was invoiced. Your content in Telegram stays in Telegram; it is not ours to delete.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, without giving a reason. By asking us to make the service available immediately, you ask us to start performing during that period. You can still withdraw within the 14 days, but you pay for the part already provided.
To withdraw, write to support@velocitybot.pro. This section does not apply to businesses.
8. Complaints and refunds
If the service does not work as it should, tell us. Write to support@velocitybot.pro or to U první baterie 802/5, Střešovice, 162 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, and say which account it concerns, what is wrong, and when it started. A screenshot or an example of a post that failed helps us settle it faster.
We confirm that we have your complaint, and we settle it as soon as we can. If you are a consumer, we settle it within 30 days of receiving it at the latest, and we tell you the outcome in writing.
What you can ask for, depending on what happened:
- that we fix the fault — this is what we do first and in most cases it is enough;
- a proportionate reduction of the monthly fee for the period the service did not work properly, if we cannot fix it in a reasonable time;
- to end the contract and get back the part of the fee for the period you paid for and could not use, if the fault is a serious one.
Money goes back the same way it came in — as Stars, through Telegram, to the Telegram account you paid from. Telegram can only return a payment as a whole; where only part of a fee is due back, such as a reduction, we extend your paid period accordingly, or, if you ask, send the amount by bank transfer in euros. We send a refund within 14 days of accepting the complaint or of your withdrawal.
A month that worked and that you used is not refunded. A short interruption is not in itself a fault worth a refund; a service unavailable for a substantial part of the month is. We also do not refund a fee because you published less than you planned, or because Telegram changed what it allows.
None of this takes away the rights you have by law — including rights from defective performance under the Czech Civil Code, the right to withdraw described above, and the option to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
9. What you publish is yours — and your responsibility
Your content stays yours. We do not claim rights to it beyond what we need to run the service: storing it, and sending it to Telegram when you tell us to.
You are responsible for what you publish. By using the service you confirm that you have the rights to the content, that everyone appearing in it has given their consent and is an adult, and that publishing it does not break the law or Telegram’s rules. Content involving minors, content published without the consent of the people in it, and content that is illegal where you or your audience are, are all forbidden and are grounds for immediate termination.
We do not review your content before it goes out. If we learn that content breaks these terms, we may remove it from the service and stop publishing it.
10. AI drafting
The service can draft text with an AI model. A draft is a starting point: you decide what is published, and you are responsible for it. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable, and we do not warrant otherwise.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to keep interruptions short, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on Telegram and on our hosting provider, and maintenance sometimes means a short outage. We do not agree to an availability level unless we agree one with you in writing.
12. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause by breaching these terms, up to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for lost profit, lost audience, or damage caused by Telegram, by content you published, or by your account credentials getting out.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and the statutory rights of consumers.
13. Personal data
We process the personal data you give us in order to provide the service, to invoice it, and to meet our legal duties. Details of what we process and for how long, and the rights you have, are in our privacy notice.
For the data of your own subscribers, which passes through the service, you are the controller and we act on your instructions as a processor.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A change is announced at least 30 days before it applies, at the email address in your account. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
15. Law and disputes
These terms and the contract are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic decide disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.
Consumers can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement of a dispute, or to the EU online dispute resolution platform.
